Villa Dewin, also known as Hôtel Danckaert, commissioned in 1922 by industrialist Jean Danckaert and designed by architect Jean Baptiste Dewin, is a testament to Brussels’ architectural heritage. Despite the constraints of urban planning, the villa blends harmoniously with nature, with an eclectic garden adorned with classical flowerbeds and a variety of tree species, offering a serene retreat in the middle of the city.

MANIERA offers the opportunity of renting its gallery space and garden for corporate or private events, providing a unique setting steeped in history and architectural charm. With its preserved interiors, including woodwork, panelling, stained glass, ornate staircase and rose garden, the villa provides an exceptional backdrop for gatherings.

If you’d like to explore the Hôtel Danckaert’s upper floors, we also recommend staying in the MANIERA apartment, located on the second floor, for one or more nights. Book your stay on Airbnb.
